Terms and Conditions of Bangladesh Taekwondo Association (BTA) for Online Registration Fee Payment

1. Introduction
Welcome to the Bangladesh Taekwondo Association (BTA) online registration portal. By proceeding with the registration fee payment, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making your payment.
2. Registration Eligibility
To be eligible to register, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Must be physically fit for participation in Taekwondo activities.
- Must provide accurate personal information during the registration process.
- Must comply with the rules and regulations set forth by the BTA.
3. Payment Process
- All registration fees must be paid via the designated online payment gateway.
- The payment must be completed before the registration deadline specified by the BTA for the relevant event or program.
- Candidates will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment.
4. Fee Structure
- The registration fee is non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise for specific events or circumstances.
- It is the candidate’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the payment amount.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal information collected during the registration process will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Liability Waiver
- By proceeding with the registration, candidates acknowledge the inherent risks associated with Taekwondo and agree to waive any claims against the BTA, its officers, members, and employees for any injury or accident that may occur during training or competitions.
7. Code of Conduct
- All participants are expected to act with respect, sportsmanship, and integrity. Any violation of the BTA’s code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including disqualification from current and future events.
8. Amendments
The BTA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is the candidate’s responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
