Return Policy of Bangladesh Taekwondo Association (BTA)

Effective Date: December 9, 2024

The Bangladesh Taekwondo Association (BTA) aims to ensure a fair and transparent approach to all financial transactions, including registration fees. Please carefully review our Return Policy regarding registration fees:

1. Non-Refundable Registration Fees
All registration fees paid for participation in BTA events, training programs, and tournaments are non-refundable. This policy is in place to cover administrative costs and commitments made by the association in preparation for events.

2. Special Circumstances
In the event of exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters), candidates may request a refund. The following conditions must be met for consideration:

• A written request must be submitted to the BTA within 7 days of the event’s cancellation or the occurrence of the circumstance.
• Documentation supporting the request (e.g., medical certificate, official notice) must be provided.

3. Credit Transfer
Candidates who are unable to attend an event may request to transfer their registration credit to another event organized by the BTA, subject to approval:

• All transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the event you wish to transfer to.
• Transfers are subject to availability and may only be applied to future events scheduled within one calendar year from the original registration date.

4. Error in Payment
If an error occurs in the payment process (e.g., double payment, incorrect amount), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction for investigation. The BTA reserves the right to process corrections as necessary.

5. Event Cancellation
If the BTA cancels an event for any reason, registered candidates will be issued a full refund or granted the option to transfer their registration to a future event (as per section 3). Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the cancellation notice.

6. Change of Policy
The BTA reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the candidate’s responsibility to review the policy periodically.
